I did initially try to remove IE 11 from 'Windows Features' (boy is that a misnomer.) but that simply removed IE entirely. Hmmm, I'll have to give this a try with a test unit. If 9 then good, but if 8 and you can't find the 9 installer then you could use WSUS to go back up to 9. That would bump you down to either 9 or 8. If you are already on 10/11 you can uninstall 10 and or 11 from the Installed Updates in Programs and Features.
